My daily routine-
Day starts early with a walk with my dog, followed by a run and then down to work. I work from my farm in krishnagiri 3-4 days of the week and from my home & office in Bangalore 2-3 days of the week. Managing two business ventures is more than a full time job!
My idea of nutrition and fitness-
Its very important to me personally. My parents have inculcated a very deep regard for personal health management in our family, and its been my effort to stay healthy, exercise regularly and be very conscious about how we preserve our health and mind with nutrition and a balanced lifestyle.
My favourite cuisine-
I love the various regional cuisines of India, food from kerala, Gujarat, Punjab and Andhra are my favourite. In international cuisine I love Italian and mediterranean cuisine.
My favourite holiday spot-
Many different locations. I enjoy traveling. Some favourites would be Greece, Turkey, Sri Lanka and Kenya.
My idea of balance between professional and personal life-
I have many role models who inspire me in life, both about my personal & professional aspects. But more importantly, I am also surrounded by some great mentors, people with a personal philosophy for life and work who have kindly agreed to give me some time periodically to guide and nurture. Seeking Mentors for your work and life is a very important investment in yourself, and being able to mentor others is a great way to pay back.
