Gurugram based milk delivery startup Milkbasket has raised $10.5 million in a round led by Unilever Ventures. The round also saw participation from Mayfield India, Kalaari Capital, and Blume Ventures.

Launched in early 2015 by Anant Goel, Ashish Goel, Anurag Jain and Yatish Talvadia, Milkbasket started with daily milk delivery service and now caters to all household grocery needs.

Milkbasket derives more than 70 per cent of its revenue from non-milk products. The startup, which has a substantial presence in Gurugram, has expanded its services to Noida, Delhi and Bengaluru over the last 6-7 months.

The startup had previously raised Rs 20 crore in venture debt, led by Flipkart cofounder Sachin Bansal’s BAC Acquisitions.
