Ochre Spirits launches Ochre Bar in Goa

The brand has plans to expand into other major cities, including Bengaluru, Mumbai and Pune in the next two years

Ochre Spirits announced the launch of its first-ever Ochre Bar & Kitchen in the heart of Sinquerim, Goa, just minutes away from Fort Aguada. With Goa serving as a proof-of-concept for its unique experiential model, the brand has plans to expand into other major cities, including Bengaluru, Mumbai and Pune in the next two years. Collectively, these outlets are projected to achieve a cumulative revenue of Rs 55-60 crores across its locations by FY2026.

This flagship outlet marks the brand’s foray into the experiential hospitality space. This flagship outlet is the embodiment of Ochre’s ethos: celebrating moments big and small, sharing stories, and creating memories over a shared appreciation for quality, craftsmanship, and taste. Ochre Bar & Kitchen isn’t just another bar; it’s a space built for conversations, community, and creativity. Beyond its curated drinks and authentic modern Goan coastal food, Ochre Bar & Kitchen offers interactive experiences—from tastings to live sessions that inspire genuine connection. Every element of the space, from its design to its service, has been crafted to make guests feel welcome, relaxed, and part of something special. It’s a space where travellers, locals, and cultural explorers come together to celebrate Goa’s energy while enjoying an experience that feels fresh, thoughtful, and modern.

“Goa is the perfect place to start because it’s where people come to let go, to connect, and to celebrate life. Ochre Bar & Kitchen taps into that spirit, but with a focus on offering something meaningful, elevated, and lasting,” said John Royerr, Founder of Ochre Spirits.
