Post a healthy breakfast, (eating right is the most important thing to deliver quality work and sustain the energy to go through a normally hectic day) my day starts at 9.00 am in the morning either to the RnD centre or for meetings. Usually at office it’s overseeing the perfection delivered by people and the speed of work. I have a dedicated walk/jog from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm which is completely work free and gadget free time. Dinner is light and closed by 8.30 pm and then its personal time engaged in reading or entertainment.
