Dalda, one of India’s most iconic brands announced relaunch of its cooking oil range in the Indian market. Dalda cooking oil range claims to be zero in cholesterol and contain Vitamins A, D and E that have nutritional benefits. The oils are available in variants of Refined Sunflower, Soyabean, Mustard Oils and Groundnut Oil. Dalda brand was creation of today’s Hindustan Unilever and is presently owned by Bunge India. The brand is celebrating its 75 years now.

Dalda cooking oil will be available to consumers in the entire country. The product comes with informative packaging and will be available in three different formats – food grade plastic Pouches, Bottles, and Jars. Dalda is one of the very few brands in the country that cater to varied consumer segments ranging from urban markets to homemakers in rural India, said a company statement.

Commenting on the availability to a larger consumer portfolio, Dinesh Agrawal, Business Head, Dalda, Bunge India said, “In its new avatar, Dalda, is available in a range of edible oils – both refined and taste oils. Dalda Oils are made with the best quality ingredients, processed with the latest technology, producing oil that is light and pure. Dalda’s refined edible oils offer nutritional enhancements in addition to flavour, thus facilitating people to enjoy and indulge in their favourite cuisines.”
