At the upcoming ’India Food & Nutrition Innovation Summit 2021’ (IFNIS 2021), being held virtually from 27th – 28th October 2021, the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) and  Thinking Forks Consulting are launching a Knowledge Report: Innovation in Food & Nutrition: Towards a Healthier India.

The knowledge partners “Protein Food & Nutrition Development Association of India (PFNDAI) and Mintel have supported FICCI & Thinking Forks Consulting to support this initiative by providing insightful data on the Nutrition status of India, emerging consumer needs, and impact of COVID-19 on consumer behaviour with Food.
