Opens four new outlets in Bengaluru

The Organic World, a multi-brand organic & natural retail chain in India, has recently launched four new stores in Bengaluru. As a reflection of its commitment to deliver an authentic experience across the entire ‘farm to table’ value chain at all its stores as well as thanking some of the hardest workers behind the scenes, farmers from its partner farm Mapletree Farms, located in Hosur, were invited to inaugurate the stores.

Located in HRBR Layout, Banashankari, Jayanagar and JP Nagar RBI Layout, the new stores further strengthen The Organic World’s robust hyper-local network of 10+ stores across the city. The expansion is part of the company’s larger strategy to be present in prominent catchment areas in Bengaluru and other key cities across India over the next six months.

Commenting on the expansion plans, Gaurav Manchanda, Founder & Managing Director, The Organic World said, “Our expansion plans will continue through the next year and we are looking at other markets in India as well.”

Each of the four new stores will stock organic-certified, pesticide-free fruits and vegetables, chemical-free everyday staples, homecare products free of toxins, paraben-free personal care products, organic & natural health and wellness products, childcare products free of chemicals, and nutritious snacking alternatives with no trans fat or palm oil.

The brand aims to capture a significant share of the budding Indian organic food market, valued at $815 million in 2020 and expected to grow at a CAGR of 24% in the next five years. Currently, the omnichannel brand with a pan-India vision operates 13 stores across Bengaluru.
