OmniActive acquires ENovate Biolife

This transaction marks OmniActive’s second strategic expansion, following its purchase of Bangalore-based botanical ingredients company IndFrag

OmniActive Health Technologies (OmniActive) announced the acquisition of ENovate Biolife (ENovate), further strengthening its commitment to innovative, clinically proven health ingredients for consumer products.

With advanced encapsulation technologies that enhance ingredient solubility, stability, and bioavailability, TA Associates-backed OmniActive has established itself as a leader in differentiated, safe, and effective dietary supplement solutions. Looking ahead, the Company aims to double its top line, targeting Rs 2,000 crores within the next 5 to 6 years from the present Rs 1,000 crores. The acquisition is expected to contribute to achieving this growth.

This transaction marks OmniActive’s second strategic expansion, following its purchase of Bangalore-based botanical ingredients company IndFrag in 2017.
