Arla Foods announces Lillie Li Valeur as new EVP and Head of International

Lillie Li Valeur will be part of the Executive Management Team at Arla Foods and will report to CEO, Peder Tuborgh

Executive Vice President (EVP) and Head of International, Simon Stevens, has decided to retire after a long career at Arla Foods. His appointed successor is Lillie Li Valeur, who is currently Group Vice President and Managing Director in Germany. Lillie Li Valeur will be part of the Executive Management Team at Arla Foods and will report to CEO, Peder Tuborgh. The changes will take effect on 1st April 2025.

Arla Foods has announced a significant leadership change: Simon Stevens, Executive Vice President of International, will retire from the company after 22 years of service. Following a distinguished career committed to enhancing Arla’s global presence and success, Stevens will step down from his role at the end of March.
