Antarctica Equipment unveils FPG impulse refrigerated display cabinet

Impulse cabinets feature integral refrigeration systems with R290 natural refrigerant, delivering plug-and-play functionality and reduced environmental impact

Antarctica Equipment has launched FPG impulse series refrigerated display cabinets. Whether it’s sparkling cold beverages or fresh grab-and-go food, Impulse cabinets ensure 100 per cent safe refrigeration, sleek design, and maximum product visibility.

Two formats are

 Impulse Slim (466mm depth): Perfect for tight spaces and agile merchandising.

 Impulse Plus (600mm depth): Higher capacity on a compact footprint.

Both models are designed to maximise product facings while allowing retailers to create visually compelling islands, endcaps, or seamless integrations across the store.

Impulse cabinets feature integral refrigeration systems with R290 natural refrigerant, delivering plug-and-play functionality and reduced environmental impact. Tested to maintain product temperatures between +0.5°C to +2°C, these units are certified food- and dairy-safe under Climate Class 3 (25°C / 60% RH) conditions.

FPG has engineered the Impulse range to balance energy efficiency with performance longevity:

 The use of R290 organic refrigerant reduces environmental impact.

 Double-glazed low-E glass improves insulation.

 Long-life components and easy-clean design reduce downtime and maintenance costs.

Gaurav Mittal, CEO and Director, Antarctica Equipment said, “Impulse cabinets don’t just refrigerate food—they present it like a hero product.”

“Impulse is built for retail environments where product speed matters,” says Robert Darroch, CEO and Head of Product Innovation, FPG. “It keeps food fresh, drinks ice-cold, and customers coming back for more.”
