Sami Direct, a part of the Sami Group, will be entering the Asian region by launching its portfolio of products in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore by end of this year. Speaking to NuFFooDS Spectrum in Bangalore, Rajesh Kumar, CEO, Sami Direct, said, “We have already registered our products in Malaysia and Indonesia. We will be looking at launching all 22 products related to nutrition and cosmetics in the coming months.”
He further said, “Malaysia has one of the growing markets for nutrition and nutraceuticals. It is one among 12 nations worldwide where direct selling has been deep rooted among the general public with 7.5 million people directly involved in direct selling.” Sami Direct is supported by its own R&D facility — Sami Labs, located in Bangalore.
