InterContinental Beverage Capital, Inc. and BevNology has announced that they plan to merge their business interests beginning in 2019. The two companies have been working cooperatively since November of 2017 when IBC formed IBC Services in order to meet a broader range of its client needs. The merged company will operate as InterContinental Beverage Capital.

BevNology is an Atlanta, Ga. based Beverage Supply Side specialist firm with highly developed capabilities in new product design, formulation, supply chain creation, manufacturing processes, and product innovation. Recently, it has completed and opened a state-of-the-art laboratory near the Hartsfield International Airport in Atlanta. This allows, which enables it to provide superior formulation design for a full range of beverages and state of the industry customer service. BevNology was founded by former Coca-Cola Executives Louis Heinsz and Gonzalo de Aristegui in 2012.

Louis Heinsz, co-founder and food scientist said, “the merger with IBC is the next natural step in our relationship and will allow each entity to bring their distinctive services to a broader range of clients.”

Stephen F. Horgan, IBC co-founder added, “We are very excited about this development and have worked on many interesting initiatives this past year with BevNology, Louis and Gonzalo including CBD beverages, and we are looking forward to working seamlessly in 2019 to elevate the value IBC brings to all of its clients.”

The merged operations will officially begin immediately after the new year on Jan. 2, 2019.
