EuroChem appoints Strashnov as the new COO

New Appointment

EuroChem Group AG (global fertilizer company) has recently announced the appointment of Dmitry Strashnov as the company’s new Chief Operating Officer. Strashnov will be based at the company’s corporate headquarters in Zug, Switzerland, and is tasked with the day-to-day running of the company’s global business and driving further expansion across the world. He will report to the Group CEO, Dmitry Strezhnev.

Strashnov previously served as CEO of Russian Post from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, he was the CEO and President of the Russian subsidiary of Tele2, and previously served as the CEO of Philips Consumer Electronics in Russia.

Strezhnev said: “At an exciting time of growth for EuroChem, we were looking for someone who would significantly strengthen our management team and we are delighted to have Dmitry Strashnov join as chief operating officer.

“His extensive experience and successful track record will enable him to make an important and positive impact on our company.”
