Tetra Pak, a leading food processing and packaging solutions company, has announced the appointment of Ashutosh Manohar, as the Managing Director (MD) of Tetra Pak South Asia Markets. As the MD, Ashutosh will be responsible for Tetra Pak’s business operations in the South Asia Markets including India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bhutan. Ashutosh will be based at the Tetra Pak India headquarters in Gurgaon.
With an overall experience of three decades, Ashutosh has held a variety of management and leadership positions at Tetra Pak across Europe & Asia for over 16 years. In his last assignment, he was Vice President – Carton Value and Carton Economy in Italy, where he was instrumental in product development, deployment and ensuring product profitability. Prior to this, he was Managing Director of Iran and Cluster Leader for Marketing and Product Management, Greater Middle East.
As Ashutosh succeeds Kandarp Singh and takes over the role, Kandarp will now lead Tetra Pak Services business for the South Asia, East Asia & Oceania cluster and will be based in Bangkok, Thailand.
