Nestlé India, FDA, Uttarakhand NASVI train 1200 vendors in Dehradun
French firm Alland & Robert has announced that it will form a joint-venture (JV) with Indian ingredients company Sayaji Industries.
The joint venture will manufacture and distribute spray dried acacia gum to the growing Indian market, and will leverage Alland & Robert’s acacia gum expertise and Sayaji’s position in the Indian ingredients market to operate effectively.
Both companies have now signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), and the two companies will sign a definitive agreement at the beginning of 2019.
Sayaji Industries operates one of India’s largest corn wet milling businesses, and Alland & Robert has described the company as a natural partner.
