Sealed Air Announces New General Counsel

Sealed Air Corporation has announced that Angel Willis has been appointed as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, effective January 7, 2019.

Willis brings more than 22 years of legal experience in global corporations and private practice to her new role. Most recently, Willis served as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at Ingersoll Rand where she led strategic legal transactions and legal affairs for Europe, Middle East, India and Africa. Prior to Ingersoll Rand, Willis was Corporate Counsel at Cummins, Inc. and Associate at Ice Miller.

Willis received her J.D. from the University of Illinois and her MBA and bachelor’s degree from Clemson University.
