Vernon Tee Chuen Meng MBA (NHF Holdings – President, Treasurer, and Director) is the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Natural Health Farm Group of Companies which controls several companies, including NHEL, in the natural health industry throughout Malaysia, China, and other countries. Mr. Tee has directed these companies for over 5 years, expanding it to include more than 70 retail stores in several countries. Mr. Tee is also the Senior Physician for Natural Health Naturopathic Centre.

Mr. Tee received an MBA from the University of South Australia achieving its Chancellor’s List in 2010. Previously, he attended the University of Technology in Malaysia (Bachelor of Engineering – Electrical & Electronic). He also has significant knowledge and training in healthcare, nutrition, and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), having received several diplomas and certificates, including Diploma in Senior Nutritionist (Chengdu University of TCM, China), Certificate in Acupuncture & Clinical Specialization (Guangzhou University of TCM, China), and Diploma of Diet & Nutrition from the International Therapy Examination Council. Mr. Tee’s business and management experience combined with his keen knowledge and interest in nutraceuticals, healthcare, and traditional medicine make him ideally suited to lead the Company’s global growth and expansion strategy.

Judy Lee (NHF Holdings – Director) is an expert healthcare and naturopathic medicine professional who owns and operates a health consultation and nutritional business in the U.S. She is a certified Nutrition Consultant and licensed Acupuncturist. She received a Bachelor of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (Oriental Medical Institute, Hawaii, USA) and completed an advanced course at Guangzhou University of TCM, China. Ms. Lee teaches at the Oriental Medical Institute in California and at the Naturopathic Academy in Malaysia. Ms. Lee is a Member of the American Naturopathic Medical Association and a Member of the American Association of Nutrition. She is also certified by the American Naturopathic Medical Certification Board. Ms. Lee’s healthcare and naturopathic medicine expertise and both North American and Asian business experience make her an excellent additional in the NHEL team.

Patricia Yeoh (NHF Holdings – Investor Relations Officer and Secretary) has more than 10 years marketing and public relations experience in various dynamic industries, including IT services, digital imaging, consumer goods, food & beverage, and e-commerce. She started her career as an Event Operations Manager and senior client partner executive for several marketing agencies, servicing multi-national corporation customers. She then joined LINE+ Corporations as Public Relations Manager for Malaysia where she spent more than 2 years, followed by a year as Public Relations & Marketing Manager in Lelong.my. Ultimately, she was hired to work with NHF subsidiaries in Australia as a special project officer. Ms. Yeoh attended Edith Cowan University, Australia, where she received a B. Comm. degree.

Glen Gillard (Director and Founder – PremaLife Australia) is an established Australian Natural Therapist with over 45 years in clinical practice. As Director and Founder of PremaLife Pty Ltd. t/a Natural Vitality Australia, a 51% NHEL subsidiary, Glen’s research and unique formulations are central to the company’s strategy and success specializing in the contract manufacture of ‘functional foods and health supplements’ and complementary medicines at competitive prices. PremaLife now manufactures over 400 health, nutritional and food products and distributes throughout Australia and exports to numerous countries. Under Mr. Gillard’s guidance, NHF Holdings anticipates expanding PremaLife’s manufacturing business in Australia with new products under development and additional international distribution channels.

Vennesia Saunders (General Manager – PremaLife Australia) has over 30 years in financial services and 12 years’ experience in complementary and functional foods manufacturing. Immigrating to Australia from Botswana in 2003, she joined PremaLife in 2007, as an experienced bookkeeper, but very quickly mastered all the aspects of the business as she assisted with the implementation of lean manufacturing practices and achieving HACCP accreditation. In her role as General Manager at PremaLife, Vennesia directs daily operations and is driven to generate efficiencies, control costs, improve customer service, and ensure the highest product quality standards.

Ling Jian Wern, M.Sc. (Natural Tech R&D* – Laboratory Quality Manager) has been the Laboratory Quality Manager of Natural Tech since 2015. During his time with Natural Tech, Ling was responsible for equipping the lab and starting its operation for quality testing of food supplements and traditional health products. He also improved Natural Tech systems and increased productivity leading the lab to ISO 17025 accreditation. In 2015, he became a Registered Food Analyst with the Ministry of Health Malaysia, and in 2016, he qualified as a registered chemist at Institute Kimia Malaysia. Ling received his Bachelor of Science (Biotechnology) majoring in microbiology from Monash University in Australia, a Graduate Diploma of Biotechnology majoring in pathology from the University of Melbourne, and his Master of Science (Biotechnology) from the University of Melbourne. He is proficient in English (first language), Chinese (Mandarin), and Malay. His experience and expertise in lab management and his knowledge of microbiology, chemistry, molecular biology, pathology, and bioinformatics perfectly suited to lead Natural Tech’s laboratory operations.

Nurliyana Mohd Yaakob Ph.D. (Natural Tech R&D – Lead Researcher) plans and coordinates daily laboratory operations and services at Natural Tech, including analysis of health supplements, natural products, and foods, and also staff training and development, and ensuring compliance with government requirements in laboratory procedures. She has significant experience in developing standard operating procedures (SOP) for quality control testing methods and implementing quality control procedures. She earned numerous Dean’s Honours and First-Class Honours while earning her Ph.D. in Wood Composite Technology at the Facility of Forestry, Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2016. In 2018, she became a Registered Food Analyst with the Ministry of Health Malaysia.

David Siew Kah Wei (Excel Herbal Industrial – General Manager) has, since 2013, managed the day-to-day operations of the Excel Herbal business of manufacturing of nutraceuticals, functional organic food, health supplements, and traditional herbal medicines. He is responsible for developing strategies for technological and financial opportunities, planning budgets, and establishing procurement, production, marketing, and technical services policies and practices. Prior to joining Excel Herbal, he was Logistic Manager of Natural Health Farm Marketing, a company controlled by the Natural Health Farm Group of Companies which operates more than 100 natural food and nutraceutical retail locations throughout Malaysia, China, and other countries. David earned his Diploma of Electrical and Electronic from the INTI International University in Malaysia, and his Diploma of Diet & Nutrition from the International Therapy Examination Council in 2007.
