Calls for submission of abstracts, the last date for which is August 24
Indian Institute of Food Processing Technology (IIFPT), Thanjavur is organising a national virtual conference on ’Food Waste Utilization: Strategies, Applications, Food Security & Technology Dissemination (FWU – 2021).’
The conference will be held on August 26-27, 2021. Students/ research scholars/ faculty/ scientists/ professionals in life science/ food science/ home science/ food process engineering/ nutrition/ allied subjects: industrialists/ entrepreneurs/ SHG, etc. will be participating.
The objective of the conference is to provide up-to-date knowledge and critical information in the field of food waste utilisation with themes such as emerging food processing technologies for waste utilisation, biological interventions in food waste valorisation, food waste-based sustainable packaging solutions.
The last date for submission of the abstract is August 24, 2021, and the last date for registration (Payment) and full paper submission is August 25, 2021.
Top three best oral presentations will be awarded a merit certificate and cash prize. All registered participants will be given an e-certificate, and all abstracts will be published as the e-proceeding of FWU-2021. Selected full papers will be published in a book/ journal.
