ICAR inks MoU with University of Melbourne, Australia

The MoU aims to strengthen the partnership between both institutions in the field of agricultural research and education

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and the University of Melbourne, Australia at the NASC Complex in New Delhi. The MoU aims to strengthen the partnership between both institutions in the field of Agricultural Research and Education.

The partnership is focused on driving agricultural innovation and addressing pressing challenges in the agricultural sector. The signing ceremony was attended by Dr Himanshu Pathak, Secretary (DARE) and Director General (ICAR), who emphasised the need for mutual collaboration to tackle contemporary challenges in agriculture.

The MoU was signed by Dr R.C. Agrawal, Deputy Director General (Agricultural Education) and Prof. Moira O’Bryan, Dean of Science, University of Melbourne, Australia, on behalf of their respective organizations.
