Yoga Bar R&D Head to lead product development training for food industry

This training is designed to benefit both working professionals in the food processing industry and students of food technology

Foodkida Inc., an educational platform specialising in food industry skill development, announces a comprehensive training session on New Product Development (NPD) featuring Kapil Rathor, R&D Head at Yoga Bar.

The three-hour virtual workshop, scheduled for Sunday, March 9, 2025, aims to equip food industry professionals and students with practical insights into the food product development lifecycle. The session will run from 7 PM to 10 PM IST, making it convenient for working professionals to attend.

Rathor, who leads research and development at one of India’s prominent health food brands, will guide participants through various aspects of NPD, from concept to commercialisation. The session will cover crucial topics including custom food product development, line extensions, clean label formulations, and emerging industry trends.
