Strengthens India–UK–EU sustainable packaging corridor with an AI-enabled, fully integrated ecosystem
DCGpac, one of India’s leading integrated packaging and procurement solution companies, has launched DCGPAC UK, its 100 per cent wholly-owned subsidiary, at Packaging Innovations & Empack 2026 in Birmingham. The launch marks DCGpac’s second international subsidiary, following its UAE operations, and represents a decisive step in building a global, sustainable packaging ecosystem connecting India, the UK, and the European Union.
The UK subsidiary will serve as DCGpac’s strategic gateway to the UK and the EU markets, delivering cost-effective, scalable, and sustainable packaging solutions powered by India’s manufacturing strength, DCGpac’s AI-enabled procurement and supply chain platform, and the evolving India–UK and India–EU Free Trade Agreements (FTAs). These trade frameworks are expected to unlock over $1 trillion in trade opportunities, reinforcing India’s position as a global manufacturing and export hub.
DCGpac enters the UK market on a strong footing, having signed its first large export contract with a leading UK-based multinational company, with exports scheduled to commence within the current month. Dedicated teams are already operational in the UK to support customers and accelerate regional
expansion.
Suresh Bansal, Founder & Chairman, DCGpac, said, “The launch of DCGPAC UK is not just an expansion milestone—it is a strategic commitment to building a future-ready, sustainable packaging corridor between India, the UK, and Europe. As global supply chains realign and sustainability becomes non-negotiable, DCGpac is uniquely positioned to combine India’s manufacturing depth, AI-led efficiency, and circular economy principles. Our vision is clear: to enable global brands to transition away from plastic and towards scalable, compliant, and truly sustainable
packaging solutions.”
Seema Bansal, Co-Founder and Executive Director, DCGpac, added: “With the India–UK and India–EU FTAs opening unprecedented opportunities, the UK is a natural gateway to Europe for DCGpac. Launching our UK subsidiary and signing our first major export contract simultaneously reflects the strong confidence global customers place in our capabilities. We are bringing world-class, sustainable packaging from India to the UK and EU powered by AI, backed by deep manufacturing, and delivered through a fully integrated ecosystem.”
Vishal Vivek, Founder and Director, UKHI, said, “Our partnership with DCGpac brings together advanced raw material innovation, sustainability, and global scale. By combining UKHI’s circular and compostable material expertise with DCGpac’s manufacturing strength, AI platforms, and international reach, we are enabling UK and European customers to adopt future-ready packaging solutions without compromising on quality, cost, or performance.”
