Provilac unveils Mango flavour high-protein milk

A limited seasonal offering crafted with real Ratnagiri Alphonso mango pulp

Provilac has introduced Mango Flavour High-Protein Milk, a seasonal product launched in March to coincide with the arrival of Alphonso mango. The product combines high-protein milk with pulp from Ratnagiri Alphonso mangoes to offer a dairy beverage that blends nutrition with a familiar seasonal flavour.

The formulation contains no added preservatives, emulsifiers, stabilisers, or artificial colours, reflecting the company’s focus on minimally processed dairy products. The launch comes amid growing consumer interest in protein-enriched foods and convenient nutrition options.

According to the company, the product is positioned as a convenient source of protein that can complement regular dietary intake. It is intended for consumers aged 10 years and above and aims to balance taste with nutritional value in a ready-to-consume format.

The launch also reflects Provilac’s broader strategy to expand its value-added dairy portfolio by combining traditional flavours with functional nutrition trends in the Indian dairy market.
