US-Based Retail Only Venture Capital Firm Silicon Road, a startup accelerator, is organising ‘Silicon Road Innovation in FoodTech’ (SRIFT2020) Conference in partnership with Council of Scientific and Industrial Research -Central Food Technological Research Institute (CSIR-CFTRI) in Mysuru on Feb 15.
The conference is focused on bridging the gap between innovation, industry and investment. It is a confluence of corporate leaders, innovative startups, scientists from prestigious institutions and government bodies committed to solving the critical issues in the Food Industry- Food safety, Health & Nutrition and Sustainable Packaging.
The theme of the conference is ‘Innovation’ and speakers from corporates and researchers from CFTRI, Indian Institute of Packaging and AFSTI will share their perspectives on food-technology ecosystem, innovation and shaping the future of food.
