Tiwary will succeed Suresh Narayanan, the company’s Chairman and Managing Director
Nestlé SA has announced the nomination of Manish Tiwary, Amazon India’s current country manager, as the new Managing Director of its India division, Nestlé India Ltd. Tiwary will succeed Suresh Narayanan, the company’s Chairman and Managing Director, who is set to retire on July 31, 2025, after 26 years with the Nestlé Group.

Since joining Amazon India in 2016, Tiwary has held key roles, including Vice President for four years, before being promoted to Country Manager in 2022. In a regulatory filing, Nestlé confirmed that its Swiss parent company recommended Tiwary’s appointment.
With over 30 years of experience in managing large-scale operations and spearheading strategic initiatives in both the e-commerce and consumer goods industries, Tiwary’s background includes leading Amazon’s consumer and seller services for four years and previously serving as Managing Director at Unilever Gulf. Nestlé India is known for its iconic brands such as Maggi, KitKat, Milkmaid, and Nescafé.
