LIPTON Teas appoints Pierre Laubies as CEO

Pierre has held leadership positions at several multinational companies, including Mars and Campbell Soup Company

LIPTON Teas and Infusions, the world’s largest tea group, has announced the appointment of Pierre Laubies as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Pierre had been serving as interim CEO for the past six months and was previously Chairman of the Supervisory Board since the company’s establishment as an independent business in 2022.

With an extensive career spanning over 30 years, Pierre has held leadership positions at several multinational companies, including Mars and Campbell Soup Company. He was also the former CEO of Jacobs Douwe Egberts and Coty, where he played a key role in driving business growth and transformation.

Pierre brings a wealth of industry knowledge and strategic expertise to his new role at LIPTON Teas and Infusions. His leadership is expected to strengthen the company’s position as a global leader in the tea industry. Additionally, he remains a Member of the Board at Groupe Panzani.
