A four-month certificate course on Understanding Food Regulations of India, designed to build strong regulatory and compliance capabilities in the food sector. This course has been designed under the guidance of Pritee Chaudhary, IRS, Regional Director, FSSAI WRO.
The course will cover 48 hours of structured learning, coverage of all 22 FSSAI Regulations + Legal Metrology, expert-led sessions by senior FSSAI officials and industry leaders, weekly assessments, case studies and real-world regulatory insights and ideal for food industry professionals, consultants, and students.
The online course will be held every Friday from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm. The course will start from February 6 and the last day to register is February 3, 2025.
