Inside BENEO’s new pulse plant: pioneering sustainable protein from faba beans
The plant is built on a 49-acre campus with over Rs 2,000 crore investment and seven production lines
Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages (HCCB) has commissioned a first-of-its-kind high-speed Kinley water production line at its Avinya (TGF – Telangana Greenfield Factory) facility in Banda Thimmapur, Siddipet district. The plant is built on a 49-acre campus with over Rs 2,000 crore investment and seven production lines.
The new line can produce Kinley 500 ml bottles at up to 1,350 bottles per minute and 1-litre bottles at 1,000 bottles per minute, setting a new standard for speed and precision.
The production line includes a modern water purification system with mineral injection and ozonisation to maintain strict quality standards. It also uses lamella pack technology, allowing up to 90 per cent water recovery, supporting better water conservation. An integrated Human–Machine Interface (HMI) allows centralised monitoring, while an advanced dosing system improves packaging stability and product quality.
