IDMC opens state-of-the-art QA/QC Laboratory

Anand-based IDMC, the wholly-owned subsidiary of National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), has opened its state-of-the-art QA/QC Laboratory.

Dr Meenesh Shah, Chairman, NDDB and IDMC, inaugurated the state-of-the-art QA/QC Laboratory in the presence of Rajkumar Malik, MD, IDMC; Chandra Prakash, ED, IDMC; and other officials from IDMC and NDDB.

The advanced facility ensures end-to-end quality assurance—from raw materials to finished products—while enhancing hygiene and compliance with international standards under the Make in India vision. Equipped with high-precision instruments traceable to NABL (National Accreditation Board For Testing and Calibration Laboratories (#NABL-QCI)), the lab will drive accuracy and measurement reliability across all operations.

Dr Shah stated that the laboratory reflects IDMC’s commitment to quality and precision in the dairy and food processing sectors. He noted that integrating modern equipment enables the company to set higher benchmarks and build global customer confidence, emphasizing that this facility will drive sustained innovation and reinforce IDMC’s leadership in delivering world-class equipment.
