Beyond Meat, a US headquartered company in plant-based meat has announced that Sanjay Shah has been named its Chief Operating Officer. Effective September 18, 2019, he will assume the responsibility for Beyond Meat’s global operations and production.

Before joining Beyond Meat, he served as Senior Vice President of Energy Operations at Tesla, where he was responsible for the worldwide Energy business and led the North America Sales/Services/Delivery for Automotive.
