The International Zinc Association (IZA), in association with the Fertilizer Association of India (FAI), organised the 2nd edition of the Global Micronutrient Summit in New Delhi. The summit was inaugurated by Arun Misra, Chairman IZA & CEO, of Hindustan Zinc., Arvind Chaudhary, Director General, The Fertiliser Association of India, and Vikram Merchant Country Head India, Rio Tinto were the guests of honour.
Manju Kumar, Chief Postmaster General, Delhi Circle, India Dept of Posts, Kuchibhotla Srinivas, Partner, KPMG in India, Hyderabad, and Dr Soumitra Das, Director, South Asia (ZNI), International Zinc Association were also present along with other leading experts, policymakers, and industry leaders to address the critical issue of micronutrient deficiencies in soil, crops, and human health.
