PepsiCo promotes Kyle Faulconer as CEO IndoChina Foods

To support Faulconer’s promotion, PepsiCo has also made two new General Manager appointments

PepsiCo has recently announced that Kyle Faulconer, the current CEO of Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), will now be responsible for IndoChina Foods as well. Faulconer, who moved from the US business to join PepsiCo ANZ as CEO in November 2019, has been instrumental in leading the business on a path to accelerated growth. PepsiCo Chief Commercial Officer and CEO APAC, Wern-Yuen Tan, has praised Faulconer’s leadership over the past two years, stating that it has driven the business to new heights.

To support Faulconer’s promotion, PepsiCo has also made two new General Manager appointments. Alexia Horley, the current Chief Commercial Officer for PepsiCo Australia, has been appointed General Manager, of AU Foods. In her new role, Horley will have end-to-end responsibility for the Australian foods business.

Additionally, Stephan Anderson, the current Chief Financial Officer for PepsiCo ANZ, has been given the additional title of General Manager, ANZ Beverages. Anderson will lead the finance functions across ANZ Foods and Beverages and will also be responsible for the entire ANZ Beverage business.
