Tonda’s patented Hi-Performance Closure System (HCS) and Reduced Defrosting Frequency (RDF) technology ensure that gelato is stored in ideal conditions, even during defrost cycles. The hermetic closure system maintains consistent temperature and humidity, significantly reducing defrosting frequency and energy consumption.
