Inside BENEO’s new pulse plant: pioneering sustainable protein from faba beans
The programme covered key aspects of the manufacturing process of condensed milk, infant/baby foods and dried milk, along with their types, properties and specifications
National Dairy Development Board’s Mansinh Institute of Training, Mehsana organised a four-day training programme on ‘Milk Condensing and Drying Technology’, with participation from Rajarambapu Milk Union, Amul India, and Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable.
The programme covered key aspects of the manufacturing process of condensed milk, infant/baby foods and dried milk, along with their types, properties and specifications. It also included sessions on plant operations and CIP, quality assurance of milk powder, safety measures in powder plants, as well as automation and utilities.
As part of the exposure visits, participants visited Banas Dairy and Dudhsagar Dairy (Mehsana District Co-operative Milk Producers’ Union Limited), where they interacted with plant officials and gained valuable practical insights.
