Fairlife will continue to operate as a stand-alone business
The Coca-Cola Company has announced that it has acquired the remaining stake in Fairlife LLC from its joint venture partner Select Milk Producers.
Fairlife will continue to operate as a stand-alone business with the support and expertise of the Coca-Cola Company behind it as it pursues innovative and delicious new products that bring great nutrition and taste to the consumers.
“Coca-Cola has been a great partner in our journey to re-imagine the traditional dairy category with products that people couldn’t find before. The idea of great tasting, lactose-free dairy with less sugar and more protein is – and has been – on trend with Americans for several years.
