Alserv – a tech start-up focused on non-real-estate-based assisted living services for the elderly has now added to its Food and Catering service offering, Food for Nasal Feeding for elders in Chennai.
Enabling quality palliative and patient care at home, Alserv provides food for nasal feeding with customized diet plans, starting at Rs 250/day. This new service aims to support and meet the nutritional needs of the elderly who have eating difficulties due to chronic medical conditions.
Alserv has partnered with service providers who have almost two decades of experience in providing nutritional therapy to elderly patients and have administered nasogastric feeding diets.
Speaking about the launch of Nasogastric Feeding services, Jagadish Ramamoorthy, Co-founder & Director, Alserv, said, “We recently added this service when one of our existing customers needed it. Traditionally, these kinds of services are only available at hospitals and in geriatric care units. Alserv ensures that the elderly in the city have access to such crucial services on-demand, at their doorstep.”
