Foodtech Pathshala, E-learning platform successfully hosted one of a kind virtual factory visit in form of webinar
FoodTech Pathshala, India’s first e-learning platform for food professionals conducted a Virtual Factory Visit on 15th January 2022, with Ojman Foodbio, a Pune-based food processing unit.
The event was inaugurated in presence of Nilesh Lele, Sanjeev Sharma, Rupa Kanvinde, Dr Sagar Gokhale.
In presence of 450 students & faculty from all over India, the event kick-started with a brief introduction on how Ojman Foodbio was born and journey of 2 friends turned Entrepreneurs.
Dr Sagar Gokhale, Founder of Ojman Foodbio explained each every step of the processing line for herbal tea, Juice, dehydrated products.
Processing and packaging of herbal tea including machines like weigh balance, stirrer, homogenizer, pasteurizer, pulveriser, form fill seal machine etc. were shown live.
Dehydration various products like sprouts, Kokam, Kharvas/Jaju etc. were explained in detail with the working principal of every machine.
