Stratefix Consulting, a leading management consulting firm that develops and executes growth strategies for mid-sized businesses, has partnered with Swastik Foods to help them launch their new FMCG brand Binito in the Indian market. The partnership focuses on building a complete sales strategy from the ground up, enabling the brand to establish a strong foothold in Gujarat and Maharashtra before expanding pan-India and internationally.

The mandate entrusted to Stratefix covers end-to-end strategy development from building a capable sales team and designing a multi-channel model (HORECA, institutional, retail, and export) to integrating IT systems for real-time tracking and performance reviews. In addition, Stratefix has developed market penetration plans, prepared sales support documents, and implemented structured business processes with regular audits to ensure sustainable growth.

The project is being executed in phases, beginning with targeted market penetration, retail placement, and sales team training, followed by a systematic scale-up across wider geographies. A key focus has been on empowering Swastik Foods’ internal teams to manage reporting dashboards and review mechanisms independently, ensuring transparency and agility.

Speaking about the collaboration, Chirag Patel, Co-Founder, Stratefix Consulting, said, “We were excited to work with Binito Foods on building a strong sales foundation that supported its growth ambitions. Our role included setting up systems for market penetration, aligning team structures, and ensuring performance monitoring through clear reporting and review mechanisms. Binito has a strong legacy from Swastik Poha and a unique positioning in the pantry staple and light snacks segment. We combined this heritage with structured processes so the brand could scale efficiently while maintaining quality and agility.”

Rajesh Shah, Director, Swastik Foods, said, “Launching Binito was an important milestone for us. Our journey with Swastik Poha taught us the value of quality, consistency, and trust. With Binito, we entered a larger and more competitive market, and Stratefix Consulting was the right partner to guide us. Their structured approach helped us build a capable sales team, establish new channels, and expand our reach both in India and internationally.”
