Their network of 24 labs around the world represents an expansion and rebranding of Ingredion’s R&D and technical service foundation. Helping its customers create innovative and on-trend products, the Ingredion Idea Labs offer solutions in four key areas: consumer insights, applied research, applications knowhow and process technology.
The innovation headquarters in Bridgewater, New Jersey features state of the art texture facilities and new sweetness capabilities and acts as the global hub for applied research. Labs in each world region, North America, South America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific will offer expanded sensory and CULINOLOGY capabilities.
