Agilent launches InfinityLab Liquid Chromatography to record confidential data

InfinityLab Liquid Chromatography

Agilent Technologies introduces InfinityLab, a product family of liquid chromatography instruments, columns and supplies. A key element of this introduction is the new Agilent 1260 Infinity II liquid chromatography system, which will bring high-end technology from Agilent’s flagship 1290 Infinity II LC into the company’s core platform.
“The 1260 Infinity II LC system as the new core platform of the InfinityLab LC Series represents a considerable technology refresh to increase customer’s efficiency in three ways: delivering trusted analytical data, outstanding usability, and easy integration into existing lab environments,” said Helmut Schulenberg-Schell, Director, Business Development Liquid Phase Analysis.
The InfinityLab columns and supplies allow tracking of critical method information for high data confidence and offer ergonomic designs for exceptional system usability.
“The InfinityLab columns and supplies are designed to fit perfectly with our new InfinityLab LC Series,” said Martin Greiner, senior Product Manager. “These products are designed to improve overall usability and reduce laboratory operating costs.”
“We are looking at partnering with labs for their entire workflow, providing solutions at each step of the way, whether it is the instruments, consumables or the software they need in order to help them resolve complex scientific challenges,” said Bharat Bhardwaj, Country Manager, Agilent India.
“The 1260 Infinity LC II introduced today, along with the existing 1290 Infinity II LC and soon-to-be launched 1220 Infinity II LC creates our new InfinityLab LC Series, which effectively address all laboratory needs.
With the addition of these products, Agilent is now adding a renewed focus on the customer, which is responsible for our success globally and in India. The customer now sees and experiences one face from Agilent irrespective of their needs and requirements. This is a big move away from when the same customer was visited by product managers of multiple product lines, service & sales, and technical support people,” Bhardwaj adds.
“This streamlines the customer’s interaction with Agilent, and positively impacts his up-time, enabling him to provide better solutions and results to his customers. This is our new mantra at Agilent: putting the customer first.”
