Hippy Juice joins the market which is expected to touch US $21.8 Bn

Honey Dew Industries has launched Hippy Juices, a range of best quality natural fruit drinks originally imported from Europe. The flavours of Hippy Juice include orange, mango, apple, litchi, pineapple and others. These juices are often consumed for their perceived health benefits such as orange juice contains vitamin C, folic acid, potassium and phytochemicals. These juices can meet the daily recommendations for fruit consumptions. With the Indian juice industry pegged to touch $21.4 billion mark by the end 2018, the company has ventured into this sector to explore the bundle of opportunities that this segment provides.

Speaking about the same, Nitin Kapadia, Partner of Honeydew Industries says, “Non-carbonated fruit beverages are slowly becoming a staple part of family breakfast, and even a must at social dos. The untapped markets in metropolitan cities as well as tier-II and tier-III towns will be the epicentre of our growth in this sector as people in these cities still prefer fresh juices over packaged ones.”

The rising number of health-conscious consumers is another big reason that has given a boost to fruit juices consumption in the country. “It has been observed that consumers are shifting from fruit-based drinks to fruit juices as they consider the latter a healthier breakfast/snack option,” said Bhavana, another Partner of Honeydew Industries.
