US-based dairy cooperative Darigold is planning to expand its global operations and customer service capabilities by creating an overseas sales, service and distribution network, which is expected to strengthen the company’s international relationships.
Darigold was founded in 1918 and provides a range of dairy products, including butter, cottage cheese, milk, sour cream and whipping cream. The company currently serves nearly 20 countries worldwide and intends to increase its footprint across more than 40 countries in the future.
The dairy cooperative also plans to enhance its product customisation capabilities in order to provide solutions that are tailored for customer and country specific needs.
Darigold is set to maintain its headquarters in Seattle, Washington, and is also hiring employees overseas to support the development and expansion of its international network to connect the Northwestern US dairy industry with the rest of the world.
