Internationally acclaimed French Bistro, PAUL has entered the Indian market with its flagship outlet, PAUL – Bakery, Restaurant and Bar in Gurugram, Haryana.

The globally recognized brand has forayed into India following a master franchise business agreement with Cogent Hospitality (P) Ltd. to set up its footprints across the country. PAUL aims to offer authentic traditional European cuisine and French patisserie items to Indian consumers through its very first outlet opened recently in Ambience Mall, Gurugram

Sharing his views on the expansion in India, Christian RAIMBAULT, Managing Director of Operations and Franchise Development, PAUL International says, “India has showcased a huge appetite for authentic international delicacies and we are proud to be foraying into the country today. We at PAUL have the first-mover advantage to bring the globally renowned authentic European cuisine in India. We are positive that we will be able to create the desired impact in the Indian casual dining restaurant industry, as we have been doing across 45 countries over 130 years.

Commenting on the partnership with PAUL, Vivek Mishra, Marketing Head at PAUL India, said, “Indian food and beverage industry has been witnessing growth lately. Owing to the popularity of international brands, people in metros are becoming more experimental in trying out new concept restaurants & cuisines and their world class services. There is a huge market for authentic European cuisine in India that is still untapped. Hence, it is our endeavor to bridge this gap through PAUL’s globally acclaimed delicacies and baked specialties. We are confident that people in Delhi NCR will surely take this culinary journey at PAUL.

With its strong legacy of over 130 years and presence across the world, PAUL intends to offer Indian consumers a great casual dining experience through its finely curated and baked delicacies, scrumptious delicacies and refreshing cocktails & mocktails. Similar to the French, food enthusiasts in India like to pause for lunch and enjoy the gift of freshly prepared delicacies, and PAUL believes in serving the same to its patrons.

To keep intact the authenticity of the brand, PAUL uses international standard quality baking methods. All delicacies are prepared genuinely using customary ingredients specially imported from France.
