The Agriculture, Nutrition & Health (ANH) Academy is holding its fourth Annual Agriculture, Nutrition and Health (ANH) Academy Week from 24 – 28 June 2019 in Hyderabad, India. It includes sessions such as learning labs, panel discussions, poster sessions etc.

The panel discussions are primarily focused on the essons learnt in food systems impact evaluation and implementation research, engaging with the private sector: A dialogue among multidisciplinary researchers to navigate the contested space.

On the other hand, the poster sessions involve interesting topics such as Food environments and drivers of food choice, Results from nutrition-sensitive agriculture programmes, Economics of food systems and diets, Financial incentives and preference analyses for improved Nutrition and Health, Human Health and food safety, to name a few.

The ANH academy week also saw participation of the research team of the Global Challenges Research Fund- UK Research and Innovation (UKRI GCRF) ’Action Against Stunting Hub’ study from the National Institute of Nutrition, conducting an exclusive session.

The ANH Academy is a global research network of researchers and research users working at the nexus of agriculture and food systems for improved nutrition and health. It is part of the three workstreams of the Innovative Methods and Metrics for Agriculture and Nutrition Action (IMMANA)programme.
