The program focused on skill development and operations in food industries
Chamber for Advancement of Small & Medium Businesses (CASMB) recently conducted a 5 Week Virtual Internship for Post Graduates where over 154 students from all over India had registered.
The course focused on skill development and operations in food industries. Industry exposure was the aim as students were unable to visit food industries. Topics covered were License compliances, documentations, R&D, Quality, operations of Bakery, RTC/RTE, dairy, industry manufacturing procedure etc.
The course ended with a final presentation of the project allotted. Chief guest Dr Prakash Kondekar, Director at Indian Institute of Naturopathy, enlightened the students on importance of time management and presentation skills for the future.
CASMB conducted 3 batches each of 5 Week starting from June 7 to September 3, 2021.
The vision of the program focused on working closely with all stakeholders for advancement of Micro, Small and Medium Businesses.
