The candidates enrolled for this factory visit will also get free access to a 3-hour e-course

Post pandemic, we have adopted a new way of living and new ways of learning. Physical classes became online classes, seminars became webinars, the only thing left was “factory experience”.

To solve this issue, FoodTech Pathshala, India’s first e-learning platform for food professionals, has come up with a unique idea of Virtual Factory Visit on 15th January 2022.

In their pilot project, FoodTech Pathshala has collaborated with Ojman Foodbio, a Pune-based food processing unit to arrange a virtual trip of their processing unit. In these two hours of the journey, Dr. Sagar Gokhale, the founder of Ojman Foodbio will interact with the students, explain the processes, and then take them through entire processing lines.

During this session, the students will be learning the manufacturing of Herbal Tea, Fruit Juices, and dehydrated fruits and vegetables.

Apart from this, the students will be getting free access to a three-hour lecture to one of the popular courses of FoodTech Pathshala – “Dehydration of Foods & Vegetables” so that they have an in-depth knowledge of the subject before going for the factory visit.
