PepsiCo appoints Nitin Bhandari as VP & General Manager

Bhandari joined PepsiCo in 2005 and has held several key leadership positions

PepsiCo has appointed Nitin Bhandari as Vice President and General Manager for India and South Asia Beverages. He previously served as Vice President and Chief Growth Officer at the company and brings over 19 years of experience in the FMCG sector to this new role.

In his LinkedIn post, Bhandari shared his enthusiasm for this new chapter, stating, “I’m excited to lead our beverages business in India and South Asia. I am grateful to Eugene Willemsen and Jagrut Kotecha for this opportunity. I deeply appreciate George Kovoor’s leadership over the last three years, which has established a strong foundation for this business.”

Bhandari joined PepsiCo in 2005 and has held several key leadership positions, showcasing his expertise in marketing, brand management, strategic planning, sales operations, and go-to-market strategies. His contributions have driven growth and innovation across the company’s beverage portfolio.

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore, Bhandari’s appointment underscores PepsiCo’s commitment to fostering experienced leadership to lead its beverage business in this dynamic region.
