The Baker’s Dozen unveils Zero Maida Donut Cake

The cake has no maida, and also does not contain palm oil, refined sugar, or artificial colour

The Baker’s Dozen (TBD), a leading artisanal bakery brand, has launched its all-new Zero Maida Donut Cake. The Zero Maida Donut Cake is baked.

Sneh Jain, Co-founder and MD, The Baker’s Dozen, said, “With the launch of the Zero Maida Donut Cake, the TBD goodness will be made available to a larger market. We are tapping into a broader audience and aiming to disrupt the larger cake market. Hence, we are expecting this product to be a major growth driver, aiming for annual revenues of Rs 50-100 crore in the next two to three years, and are excited for everyone to try it.”
