WellWith raises Rs 1.25 Cr seed funding

WellWith plans to invest in structured clinical studies to validate the efficacy and safety of its Sea Buckthorn–based formulations

WellWith, a research-driven wellness company harnessing Himalayan Sea Buckthorn for nutrition and personal care, has raised Rs 1.25 crore in a seed funding round led by BeyondSeed, with participation from Winner Ventures.

The funding marks a key milestone in WellWith’s journey to build a science-backed, sustainability-led wellness brand rooted in Himalayan knowledge systems. The capital will be deployed across two core priorities: advancing clinical research and strengthening supply chain infrastructure in Ladakh.

WellWith plans to invest in structured clinical studies to validate the efficacy and safety of its Sea Buckthorn–based formulations. In parallel, the company will deepen its sourcing, processing, and logistics capabilities in the Himalayan region, supporting quality, scalability, and long-term community engagement.

“WellWith stands at the intersection of science, sustainability, and consumer trust. Their deep understanding of Sea Buckthorn, commitment to transparency, and focus on community-led sourcing position them as a compelling wellness brand for the future. We are excited to support their next phase of growth,” said Kuldeep Mirani, CEO and Co-founder, BeyondSeed.

Commenting on the company’s long-term vision, Udit Chawla, Director, WellWith, said, “WellWith is more than a brand—it’s a movement toward conscious living. Our focus is on empowering people to take charge of their health through clean, science-backed nutrition.”
