In addition to ensuring that Middle Eastern food products are contaminant free, the metal detectors facilitate compliance with local food safety standards such as India’s Food Safety and Standards Act (FSSA) and the Pakistani Pure Food Ordinance (PFO) as well as international standards, including the US Food Safety Modernisation Act (FSMA), British Retail Consortium (BRC) V6 and International Featured Standards (IFS) V6.
