Botanic Healthcare has launched a new seasonal initiative: in-house developed herbal teas served daily to employees. Created by the company’s R&D team, these blends are infused with botanicals such as ginger, turmeric, black pepper etc.; formulated to support immunity, aid digestion, and promote overall well-being during seasonal transitions.

The programme is designed as more than a health measure; it is intended as a daily wellness ritual that fits naturally into the workday, reinforcing the role of small, intentional habits in building a healthier work environment. 

“We wanted to reimagine tea time as an intentional wellness habit,” said Viswanadh Sarma, General Manager – Corporate HR from Botanic Healthcare’s HR team. “When something as simple as a cup of tea is informed by science, made accessible at the workplace, and woven into the rhythm of the day, it becomes part of a care-first culture.”
